“If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”  These are the words spoken to Solomon from God as He reminded the people of Israel how important their prayer life was.  (II Chronicles 7:14) We are at a critical juncture in the life of our country and our world, where believers need to unite and ask of the Lord for His favor.  We all know that the year 2020 has been one we would like to soon forget in many ways.  However, we have seen the rise of opposition against biblical truth and morality in our world in the past several years.  We are a people who are slowly abandoning our faith and we are reaping the consequences of that rebellion in division and hostility that we see around us daily.   But God is still King….He alone can heal us.  He alone can bring redemption through all of this chaos that we see.  We believe that God can rescue us and that He will do so if we humble ourselves before Him and turn our faces toward Him.  On Saturday, September 26 at 6:00pm we will be holding a special Worship & Prayer Night at Lake Eustis Christian Church.  We are encouraging everyone who can to attend and join us as we seek the face of God for healing and strength.  We will sing, pray, encourage one another, and ask the Lord to be merciful to us all.
